Position Brief: Overnight On-Road Operational Commander

• Load-Out Matrix Command: Anchor the late-night dispatch operations at the Delivery Station. You will assist operations managers in auditing pre-trip vehicle inspections (DVIRs), organizing staging lanes under artificial lighting, and physically helping slower drivers load their vans to ensure the fleet departs exactly on time.
• Incident Command & Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for minor on-road incidents, flat tires, or vehicle lockouts in the middle of the night. You will guide drivers through strict accident reporting protocols, coordinate with 24-hour tow companies, and secure compromised freight.
