As a Flex Driver, you operate as an independent contractor, utilizing your personal vehicle to deliver packages directly to customers. This is the epitome of flexible earning. You are not assigned a rigid weekly schedule; instead, you log into the highly sophisticated app and reserve specific "delivery blocks" that perfectly fit around your life.

• Strategic Block Scheduling: Actively manage your own schedule by monitoring the Amazon Flex app for available delivery blocks. You must demonstrate excellent punctuality by arriving at the designated pickup facility exactly at the start time of your reserved block.
• Personal Vehicle Logistics: Safely utilize your personal mid-sized sedan, SUV, or pickup truck to transport goods. You must systematically load and organize packages within your vehicle to ensure efficient retrieval at each stop, maximizing your speed and earning potential.
• Digital Route Execution: Flawlessly execute deliveries using the advanced GPS routing provided within the app. You must scan every package upon delivery, securely place it in the customer's designated safe location, and capture a high-quality confirmation photo to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your day begins entirely on your terms. You open the app on your smartphone and browse available delivery blocks ranging from 2 to 5 hours. You select a 3-hour afternoon block that starts at a local delivery station. You drive your personal SUV to the station, where you are greeted by station associates who guide you into the loading matrix. You use your phone to scan a massive QR code on a rolling cart filled with packages, digitally transferring the inventory to your responsibility. You load your trunk, arranging the packages based on the app's optimized itinerary.
