Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an Outbound Dock Worker, you manage the flow of outgoing shipments. You will load 53-foot trailers with exceptional speed and precision, ensuring every truck departs exactly on schedule.

  • Fluid Loading: Manually load loose boxes into semi-trailers, stacking them tight to the ceiling to maximize trailer capacity and efficiency.
  • Pallet Management: Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move heavy, shrink-wrapped pallets from the staging area into outbound trucks.
  • Traffic Control: Maintain a clear and safe dock floor, managing the constant flow of equipment, carts, and associates in a high-traffic environment.
