As a Sortation Warehouse Associate, your primary objective is to group and route thousands of packages so they reach the correct local delivery hubs at lightning speed. The Sortation Experience

Work in a sort center is fundamentally different from a traditional fulfillment role. You are not picking individual items; you are dealing with sealed, completed packages that are moving rapidly down vast networks of conveyor belts. 3. Fluid Loading Operations: Utilizing manual pallet jacks, you will safely transport these massive, wrapped pallets directly into the bellies of outbound 18-wheeler semi-trailers, staging them for the over-the-road drivers.
