Role Overview & Responsibilities

In an XL facility, you will handle oversized customer orders. This role involves team-lifting heavy merchandise and utilizing powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move inventory safely.

• Heavy Merchandise Handling: Safely execute team lifts for items weighing between 50 to 150+ pounds, using mechanical hoists and proper ergonomic techniques.
• Equipment Operation: Drive specialized heavy machinery, including clamp trucks, center riders, and high-reach order pickers (Paid, on-site certification provided).
• Staging & Prep: Carefully prep bulky items for final mile delivery, ensuring fragile oversized items (like televisions) are securely wrapped and palletized.
